Hello, my name is Karen Baber. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience across the helping professions. My background spans health, mental health, addictions, and criminal justice, which has enabled me to develop a specialized niche as a trauma therapist. I hold advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for attachment injuries. I am deeply committed to supporting clients as they navigate life's challenges, with a particular focus on those working through trauma and difficult life experiences.

These moments may result in a variety of emotional struggles or trauma-related responses, including feelings of fear, anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and unhealthy habits.
